OBJECTIVE:
To assist AMS in moving from a manufacturing centric operation to a marketing oriented business.
SOLUTION:
KGA worked closely with AMS Executives to strengthen the Sales and Marketing portions of their business. We developed Marketing Plans, created identities for products and service offerings, developed trade show displays, trade literature, sales presentations, planned and held doctor/sales rep events. We also worked directly with AMS Doctor clients by developing ads for their practices and informational consumer literature. We created an AMS Annual Report and various other corporate collateral and presentations.
KGA was instrumental in creating the Monarch, Sparc and Straight-In brands. We helped AMS build strong doctor relationships, reinforced their technical leadership and helped them redevelop their corporate persona.
