OBJECTIVE:
To help Handi-Foil introduce New Eco-foil to consumers and to secure new and urgent retail opportunities.
SOLUTION:
GA conducted one-on-one customer interviews in a formal setting to help this client gain insights into purchase decisions and product preferences. The research was documented and presented to the client along with recommendations for implementation and insights were garnered for future products and marketing purposes. KGA redesigned the Eco-foil identity, and developed new packaging labels for the test sessions. We shot all new appetizing food photography in Eco-foil pans creating real-life suggestions for meal preparation. Based on the overwhelming consumer support for the new labeling, Handi-foil went to market with the improved packaging. Eco-foil passed the retailers trial period with flying colors and was accepted on shelves at Walmart, Target, Jewel and Safeway within a three month period. The Eco-foil brand was extended to over 100 different SKU’s.
